Common questions from parents
How do I get the app?
Once your child is enrolled, we’ll send you an invitation to set up your secure account. The app will be available on the App Store and Google Play, with a browser portal for desktop access too.
Is my child’s information private?
Completely. Access is role-based and secure — your child’s photos, videos, updates, and documents are only visible to approved family members and staff, never to the public.
Can both parents have access?
Yes. Approved guardians can each have their own secure login to stay connected to daily updates and messages.
Do I need the app, or can I use a computer?
Either works. The app is the easiest daily experience, and a secure web portal gives you the same features from any browser.
